| Return policy details | Our returns policy is quite straightforward but there are a number of conditions that we ask our customers to comply with.If you have not requested a return within 30 days of receiving an order, we will assume that you are intending to keep it and we will not authorise a return. We accept returns for unopened items only. In case of a return from within the UK, we will issue full refund including any initial postage paid, however product prices include handling and packing charge which is from £1 to a maximum of £5 per order. If an item or complete order is returned we will deduct this charge. Next day guaranteed delivery cost will not be refunded in case of a return. In case of an international return, handling and packaging charge varies from £2.50 to equivalent to the initial delivery cost. Buyer pays the return delivery charge. Delivery charge is only paid if it is established that the item was faulty. Goods made to order are exempt from returns policy and will not be refunded. |
