Guarantee period for products is defined on the invoice and it is counted from the invoice issue date. Returned products shall be sent to RGB at Buyer’s own expense. If RGB accepts the warranty return, shipping costs will be reimbursed. Returned product may be, at our sole discretion, repaired or exchanged. In case that an exchange or repair is not possible, RGB may decide to return or lower the price paid for products, at its sole discretion.
If, after verification, we consider the products as correct, or it turns out that its defects are due to the Buyer, we will send the products back to the Buyer who shall be obliged to bear all shipping costs.

Non-Warranty Return Policy:
Products may be returned within 14 calendar days counting from the delivery date. Shipping costs shall be borne exclusively by the Buyer.
Products will be accepted after checking if they are working correctly, provided that this verification is at RGB's sole discretion. If such a return is accepted, RGB returns Buyer the price paid for returned products (without shipping costs). In particularly justified cases, RGB may decide to reduce this price by 20% as amount due for verification of returned products by RGB.
Non-warranty returns will not be accepted after a laps of 14 calendar days from the invoice issue date.
