| Return policy details | Please note that all our lingerie is made exclusively to order to your specifications and colours. We give very detailed sizing information so please ensure that you have ordered the correct size. If you are not sure, please don't guess contact us first with your exact measurements. Please, do not order several different sizes in the same garment and request to return those not required, this is very costly for both buyer and seller. If for any reason you have a problem with your custom made garment, please contact us via ebay messages and not the returns process as we can then find the quickest and best solution for both of us. Any return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item and a returns authorisation number obtained.
When returning lingerie items please note that due to very strict hygiene regulations we are unable to accept returns on any pant type garment i.e. panties, knickers g strings camiknickers etc. which have been tried on as these are then deemed to have been worn and cannot be re-sold. Consider, would you like to think that an item of such an intimate nature which you had purchased brand new made exclusively for you, had already been worn by a complete stranger?
Return postage cost will be paid by the buyer unless of course we have made a mistake or the garment is deemed to be faulty in which case Distance selling laws will apply and we will rectify the problem immediately.
Any return item must be unworn, in it's original sealed packaging with tissue paper lining, with all labels and tags still attached, exactly as supplies. Please include the packing slip sent with your order to ensure that we deal with your request as quickly as possible. |
