| Return policy details | We offer a 30 day returns policy. All items must be returned within 30 days of payment (no exceptions). Once a return request is granted all items must be returned in unaltered condition within 5 business days. Refunds will only be granted on items providing that they are returned in the exact same condition as sent to you the customer and as detailed in our photographs & description for the item.
We sell many vintage collectable items including toys. If these toys are stated as sealed/unopened. Then returns will only be accepted if they are returned sealed an unopened. With many vintage toys the majority of the market value and purchase price is derived from the box and packaging and the fact that they are unopened.
If you choose to open a sealed/unopened vintage item that we send you, this is solely your decision and by doing so accept full liability for lowering the market value of the item. In doing so you waive your rights to a full refund of the purchase price if returning the item. Furthermore, as a result, if a buyer chooses to open a vintage unopened toy and then wishes to return it. The buyer fully accepts that returns accepted by us the seller in these circumstances, refunds granted will be of only 10% of the purchase price.
If you receive a vintage sealed item from us and don't open it, you can of course return it in the condition in which it arrived. In these cases you can return it to us for a full 100% refund. Providing it is sent back in the exact condition in which it was received and as pictured in our eBay listing.
As stated in eBay "Item Condition Police For Returns" we fully adhere to and enforce the following:-
You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs
Accessories such as cords and remote controls
Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards
"Free gifts" or bonus items
All items included in a bundle
Any refund granted on a returned item due to buyers remorse will be the purchase price you paid minus the "actual" cost of despatching the item as seen on the postage label on your package. In some cases we may also refund your shipping costs as a goodwill gesture, but this is decided on a case by case basis.
The postal costs of returning all items is solely the responsibility of the buyer. |
