| Return policy details | 1. Your right of cancellation
1.1 You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of 14 working days after you receive the goods
1.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give notice to the Supplier by phone, letter or email, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
1.3 If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address given. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit and remain in original condition and packaging.
1.4 Once you have notified the Supplier that you are cancelling the order, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
1.5 If Products are ordered incorrectly by the buyer it is the buyer’s responsibility and a minimum 15% returns charge will incur.
1.6 You do not have the right to cancel the order if the order is for electronic items, for example coil packs and other ignition products.
1.7 If an incorrect part is received by the buyer the supplier must establish the reason behind the wrong part being supplied - UK customers must provide us with the vehicle full registration; overseas customers must provide chassis number/vehicle details.
1.8 All parts should be verified as correct by us via Email/Ebay/Quote number message before purchase otherwise purchase remains responsibility of buyer and will incur a good stock returns charge.
1.9 All returned orders must be sent with an accompanying letter which clearly provides us with the order details (see below) and the reason for return. Failure to do this will result in a delay of the returns procedure or rejection of delivery.
1.9.1 The details of the order that is required by us is the purchasers: name, eBay name/invoice number, date of purchase and a contact telephone number.
2. Warranty
2.1 All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 3 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
2.2 This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Suppliers instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Suppliers approval.
2.3 If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify the Supplier by, phone, letter, email or fax within 3 days.
2.4 If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify the Supplier by phone or in writing via letter, email or fax as soon as possible. |
