If you bought goods as a consumer within the meaning of the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 14 day “cooling off” period. Spared Parts UK offers a 30-day return option to all customers in any event (We know how busy life can be). Such items must be returned in their original condition and in accordance with the packaging requirements below.
Products must be returned at your cost with proof of delivery being available upon request.
Any item returned to us that has been used or is not in original sealed packaging will be returned to you at your own expense.
All items and their components are discreetly security marked to prevent fraudulent returns.
How do I pack it?
All goods returned must be securely packaged and returned in equivalent packaging to that in which they were received. We cannot accept returns if goods have been damaged in transit as a result of inadequate packaging.
Do not write on or mark the product packaging.
How long will it take?
We aim to have all returns processed (subject to inspection and acceptance) within 2 days of receipt. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of goods returned by post. |
