Refunds/Returns Policy
Goods MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition received. If they are not in this condition then a refund will not be applicable. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and we strongly recommend they are sent recorded post - as we cannot process the refund until it is received. Where an item is faulty we may at our discretion refund the return shipping cost paid. Please note that personalised items can only be returned when faulty, due to the nature of the product. Your statutory rights are not affected. We do not refund the original cost of posting.
